Why do we enjoy watching graduation commencement speeches given by noted leaders and even revisit them year after year? These addresses are meant to inspire new graduates, yes, but they apply to everyone no matter your age or education level. Along the way to success, these leaders learned tough lessons, in life and business, and through their addresses they share some of that knowledge with us.

This year the Harvard Class of ’17 was addressed by a famous dropout from their alma mater—Mark Zuckerberg.
