Community Design
We believe in the simple premise: Before people buy into a community, they first buy the story. From investors to consumers, if the story does not align with their desired persona, they are not likely to participate or buy.
With that in mind, we work closely with developers, placemakers and communities to craft the story, strategy and development systems of your greatest ambitions. We call this One Place.
Communities are as dynamic and distinctive as the humans that inhabit them. Urban, suburban, rural - One Place teams engage in the design and development of all forms of communities.
One Place concludes 4 key phases: community engagement, placemaking, placebranding, and cultural programming to build consensus, momentum and success for your building community.
Let’s discuss how we can aid you in your community and development plans.
